60 Degree Triangular Turning Inserts
Adaptable to Mitsubishi Inserts
The 60 degree triangular turning inserts are a cutting tool used for turning. Its shape is triangular with rounded cutting edges. Generally, ISO codes begin with "T". It is reversible and has six cutting edges. It is also used by many people in the market. For rough turning and semi-finishing turning of the outer diameter, the common tool tip front R angles are 0.4R, 0.8R and 1.2R, and special specifications also include 0.1R or 2.0R. Chip flutes come in many shapes. There are convex type, groove type, block type and full flat type. The type of groove used depends on the material being machined.
Negative turning inserts are designed to improve cutting stability, improve machining quality and extend tool life.
