Helix End Milling Inserts
Adapt to Stellarm Insert
Helix end milling inserts are cutting tools used for milling. The shape of the insert is rectangular or square. In general, the ISO code begins with the English "A", "S", "Z" and "L". The cutting edges on both sides are convex and the angle is slightly higher, which reduces the resistance during cutting and the force is lighter, to obtain a better cutting surface and residual material condition. By using different tool arbors, different parts can be milled in depth and sidewall, used to replace large end mills, lower cost and more cost effective.
A shoulder milling insert is a cutting tool used for shoulder machining that has a special design and shape aimed at achieving high precision and efficient shoulder cutting. Shoulder milling inserts generally do not require complicated settings and operations when performing shoulder machining, which makes the machining process simpler. Suitable for shoulder machining of various materials, often used to produce shoulders on parts, moulds, workpieces, etc.
