Right Hand Threading Inserts

Adapt to Mitsubishi Insert

The right-hand threading inserts are cutting tools used for turning threads. The shape of the insert is triangular. There are two types: vertical and horizontal. There is no specific ISO code. The tooth shape is the general ISO standard tooth shape. Ours is an M series version, right-hand tool, used for vertical turning, with a total of 3 cutting edges, and the shape of the chip flute is generally an inclined plane.

The specifications listed above by our company are factory stock specifications. Any size not listed can be custom made. There are many types of teeth, including so-called PT teeth, imperial teeth, etc. Therefore, if you want to customize, please prepare drawings or samples to ensure that the production accuracy reaches the expected standards.

MTTR is a vertical tooth blade.
SAGE (IR, ER) is a horizontal tooth blade.
